Setup & Breakdown

We offer Setup & Breakdown services if you need help setting up your equipment.

• Chair set up is .75 up and .75 down. So, to set up and break down 100 chairs, your fee would be $150. Tables are 1.50 up and 1.50 down, so the setup and breakdown of 10 tables would be $30.00.
• We can set up your tents, dance floor, and stages as these items can be trickier to setup.
• Please keep in mind that you are responsible for all of the items after we set them up.
• If the weather is a factor and rentals are outdoor, please protect the equipment from damage; otherwise, there may be damage fees.
